Reheating Instructions

*TAMALES MUST BE THAWED BEFORE COOKING*

Steaming (Best for retaining moisture, flavor, and texture)

  1. Fill a pot with water, bring to a simmer, place tamales in a steamer basket, and cover.
  2. Time: 15-20 minutes, or until heated through.

Microwave (Best for quick re-heating for individual Tamales)

  1. Wrap tamales in a damp paper towel, place on a microwave-safe plate, and microwave on medium power.
  2. Time: 2-3 minutes, or until heated through.

Oven Baking (Best for re-heating multiple Tamales at once)

  1. Preheat oven to 350-425°F, wrap tamales in foil, and bake.
  2. Time: 15-20 minutes, or until heated through.

Air Fryer (Best for crispy exterior)

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F, brush tamales with oil or water, place in the basket, and air fry, flipping halfway.
  2. Time: 5-8 minutes, or until heated through.
